Refund Policy

At PurifiedVitality, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products.

  • Personal care and grooming products.

  • Health supplements and consumable products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
